  1. NON-CUET MERIT LIST-1 FOR ADMISSION TO SEMESTER 1ST (2024-25)

  7. Admission in open to the state subjects and children of Central Government employees Army and Para-Military personnel posted in J&K State.
  8. A candidate who has passed higher secondary Part-ll examination (Class 12th) through J&K Board of School Education or an examination recognized as its equivalent by the University of Jammu is only eligible for admission to B.A. Part-I. Admission to B.A. Part-lst is made strictly on the basis of merit i.e. marks scored by the candidates in Hr. Sec. Part-ll examination passed through JKBOSE or any other agency recognised equivalent there to by the University of Jammu.
  9. For admission to B.A. Part-I, a candidate must have passe the subjects at Hr. Sec. Part-ll (Class 12th) level which he or she is going to opt for at B.A. Part-I stage or as provided into guidelines for admission to various courses issued by the University of Jammu. The whole admission process to Arts faculty is further dependent on the instructions issued by the Govt. Higher Education Deptt., on the intake capacity of the college and the availability of the teaching staff.
  10. Admission to B.A./Part 2nd and 3rd shall be made strictly according to the students of the University of Jammu and the intake capacity of the college.
  11. The candidates shall see the Notice Board regularly. The list of candidates selected for admission to various courses shall be displayed on the Notice Board.
  12. Candidates seeking admission to B.A./Part-I shall apply on a form which can be obtained from the college office. Candidates are advised to attach two attested copies of the marks sheet of Hr. Sec. Part-ll Examination with the application form Candidates/seeking admission to B.A. Parti-I must mention three choices of subject combinations (which are approved by University) In order of their preference for which they may be eligible for admission.
